This helpful 5hour workshop is held upon demand to give you further insight into your running technique. Strong Pilates principles are discussed & practised on the short run around Mont Albert. Do your hips/shoulders/knees/back ache when you run or following a run? Using our experienced eye we will help guide you towards improving running style/endurance and best of all your power!
